(a) The City has received a final plat submittal for Miramonte Village a development of 37.8277 acres of land located on Moore Rd in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Stafford. Consisting of Reserve A unrestricted proposed for a 142 unit apartment complex, Reserve B restricted open space, Reserve C unrestricted for 60 duplex units and Reserve D unrestricted. (b) Public Hearing on the final plat submittal for Miramonte Village. (c) Discussion of comments made during Public Hearing (d) Consideration of appropriate action on items (a-c)

(a) Presentation of changes and amendments made to Chapter 82 — Subdivisions and Chapter 62 - Planning and Development by the Mitchell Planning Group LLC in order to provide a more user friendly Ordinance that cures conflicting provisions and is current with state legal requirements.
