(a) The City has received a Specific Use Permit application by the Islamic Society of Greater Houston to allow for the expansion of an existing Assembly Group A-3 Occupancy, specifically, a religious facility, located at 9.844 acres within the zoning district Mixed Use (MU) and further identified as being located at 610 Brand Ln, Stafford, TX 77477. The plat submitted is a 14.028 acre tract that is being divided into two parcels, Reserve “A”, 7.852 acres and Reserve “B”, 4.843 acres.
