(a) The City has received a Specific Use Permit application from Sugar Ridge Holdings, LLC (dba Pepperoni's) to allow for the construction of a food processing facility on a vacant 2.33 acre parcel of land located approximately 400 feet south of West Airport Boulevard, on the west side of Sugar Ridge Boulevard within the Residential, Commercial and Technology (RCT) zoning district. Please see the submitted application packet for specific information. (b) Public Hearing on the Specific Use Permit submitted by Pepperoni's. (a) The City received a petition for a Preliminary Plat from Agape Residential LLC, consisting of approximately 2.53 acres of land in the Braeburn Gardens subdivision on Brighton Lane in the City's Harris County ETJ. The Plat consists of one (1) block and the following three (3) unrestricted reserves: RESERVE PROPOSED USE(S) ACRES A UNRESTRICTED 0.9470 B UNRESTRICTED 1.2339 C UNRESTRICTED 0.3443 (b) Public Hearing on the Preliminary plat submittal for Agape Reserves.
