(a) The City received a petition for a Preliminary Plat from Fountain Properties Limited consisting of approximately 7.44 acres of land to be subdivided into 58 fee simple residential lots with private streets at the northeast intersection of Dairy Ashford Road and Fountain Lake Drive (see attached location map). The Plat consists of two (2) blocks and restricted landscape/open space reserves. (b) Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat. (c) Discussion of comments made during Public hearing. (d) Consideration of appropriate action on items (a-c).
4. (a) The City received a petition for a Preliminary Plat from Stafford Mobile Home Park, Inc. and 3401 5th Street LLC (owners) consisting of 23.43 acres of land located approximately 750 feet north of the intersection of Lexington Boulevard and 5th Street, on the east side of 5th Street in the City of Stafford ETJ. See attached map for location. The Plat will combine two (2) parcels (Parcel ID 0064-00-000-2138-907 - 9.3 acres - vacant land) and Parcel ID 0064-00-000-2550-907 -14.2 acres - Stafford Mobile Home Park) into one (1) block with one (1) unrestricted reserve.
